To help everyone plan for our Family Reunion in Atlanta, June 23–27, 2027, we’ve put together answers to the most common questions about family dues.

What do the family dues cover?

Your dues help fund the overall reunion experience and include:

• Access to scheduled reunion activities

• Planned group meals

• Official Graham Family Reunion T‑shirt

• Games, giveaways, and prizes

Who is required to pay reunion dues?

All family members age 18 and older who plan to attend the reunion are required to pay dues.

How much are the dues?

The reunion dues are $240 per person.

When are dues due?

All dues must be paid in full by April 30, 2027.

Why is it important to pay on time?

Timely payments allow the planning committee to:

• Finalize meal counts

• Order T‑shirts

• Secure activities and venues

• Ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience for everyone.

Can I pay my dues in installments?

Yes. You may:

• Pay the full $240 at once, or

• Pay in installments over time

To ensure the best experience for all, please be sure the total amount is paid by the due date.

How do I submit my payment?

All dues should be sent via Zelle to the Graham Family Finance Committee.

Please include your full name and note “Reunion Dues” in the payment memo so your payment is properly recorded.

What if I’m unable to afford my reunion dues?

If you are unable to pay your dues, please confidentially contact a member of the Planning Committee. If funds are available in the reunion assistance fund, your dues may be covered in part or in full. No one should feel excluded from attending due to financial hardship.

Can I help sponsor another family member’s dues?

Yes. Family members who are able and willing to help are encouraged to contribute to the Reunion Assistance Fund, which helps offset dues for those who may not be able to pay the full amount. Contributions of any size are appreciated and will be handled with care and discretion.
